Help for when a loved one dies
What you are going through is called grief.
While it may be uncomfortable or sad, grief is good. It’s OK to feel this way.
It’s OK ... in fact it’s good to cry.
You won’t stay sad forever
You may feel guilty – don’t blame yourself.
It’s normal to get angry
Try to manage your anger and don’t stay angry.
It’s good to talk about it.
Find someone who cares and will listen (Talk about your feelings)
Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
If you believe in God – pray and ask for help.
Find ways to have special memories for the person.
In time you will be happy again and you will have a special place in your heart for your loved one.
