Frown Although you may feel bad, feeling worried or scared about something is not a bad thing.
Undecided It often helps us to be careful.
Foot in mouth Find someone you trust that you can talk to.
Sealed Tell them how you feel and what makes you feel that way.
Laughing Remember - nothing is so bad that you can't talk about it.
Yell Worries don't like being talked about, because it often makes them go away.
Innocent If you believe in God - pray and ask for help.
Cool Try to think of good and positive things, to get your mind off your worries.
